Geico's future in Chevy Chase?

We who live in Chevy Chase hope that Geico never leaves.  Living next door to their campus is almost like having a park next door.  Lots of greenery!  Of course they keep it up beautifully.  And since Geico seems to be a very profitable company for Berkshire Hathaway, I would guess they can well afford to continue to occupy what has become very pricey and desirable real estate in Chevy Chase!
